Facilities Management Professional
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team at UPMC Aut Even Hospital. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the effective management of services and processes that support the core business of the hospital.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders including staff, patients, and external contractors. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of facilities-related activities including health and safety, building maintenance, utilities, and grounds management.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that facilities-related projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, with experience of managing external maintenance and service contracts. You will also have excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain facilities-related records and documents
* Develop and implement facilities-related policies and procedures
* Co-ordinate and manage facilities-related projects
* Work closely with other departments to deliver facilities-related projects
Requirements:
* Third level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. facilities management, engineering)
* Proven track record in facilities management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders

* Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
