This role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on luxury timepieces, and assisting clients in selecting the perfect watch to suit their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of watch brands, craftsmanship, and horology, combined with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance to customers on luxury and premium watch collections.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials.
* Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalised service and consultation.
* Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their preferences and lifestyle.
