Italian Customer Service Representative

Our client, a Galway based healthcare business, seeks to hire a customer service representative who can speak fluent Italian. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager. This role will have hybrid working options after a probation period with the role being based in Galway City.
Responsibilities
* Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have regarding company’s products which include but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds etc.
* Maintaining knowledge of the company’s facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
* Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in house procedures.
* Working in a safe manner at all times.
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements
* Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written required
* Minimum 1 year’s experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service oriented role. advantageous but not essential
* Strong communications skills
* Driver License preferable
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills
