IT Project Manager 12 Month FTC - €42,000 per annum plus 10% bonus Our client is undergoing a major technology transformation.
Our PMO team is critical to building the technology and data capability that underpins our core services.
This is a dynamic, diverse and rapidly evolving IT environment and as such, we need a highly skilled individual to manage complex Project initiatives that span one or multiple strategic priorities / functional areas.
Working with in the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager will direct and coordinate the utilisation of resources, within delivery time frames and budget, to achieve project targets.
The responsibilities of the project manager include overseeing software and other projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Use best practice governance methodology to manage and deliver project initiatives Ensure the required resources are identified and available to the project Provide clear and concise status reporting regarding project planning, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, and budgets Prepare and issue status reports (including Weekly Update Reports, Steering Reports, Closure Reports etc.) on agreed schedules to the Steering Group and PMO Accept full project lifecycle ownership across assigned projects / programs Monitor, track and control risks, issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables and provide appropriate mitigations as required Manage stakeholder involvement throughout the project to ensure success Provide leadership in promoting collaboration and communication across teams Knowledge, Skills and Experience Min 2 years proven experience managing complex IT projects to completion Experienced in the full Software Delivery Lifecycle and large-scale systems implementation Proven experience delivering projects across different streams including business change, software and application development projects, on time and on budget meeting business needs Preferred experience with JIRA, MS Project, Visio, CRM systems, Enterprise Systems.
Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources Possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills across all levels with ability to influence Skills: project manager PMO CRM Benefits: Bonus
