We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Account Executive who's ready to make a real impact — on prospects, on business growth, and on their own career trajectory.
As an Account Executive, you'll be a trusted product expert focused on closing deals the right way — with the right customers — and setting them up for long-term success. You'll manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to demo and close, often juggling multiple opportunities at once.
How You'll Make an Impact
1. Build and expand the client base across Spanish-speaking EU markets.
2. Actively manage your sales pipeline and develop long-term success strategies.
3. Collaborate with peers to drive collective success and team achievement.
4. Demonstrate accountability, effort, and excellence in every interaction.
5. Mentor and guide new Account Executives, helping them reach their potential.
Who You Are
6. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
7. 1+ years' experience in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding targets in SaaS, Tech, or MarTech sales.
8. Experience in BDR/ SDR roles
9. Skilled at selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing leaders.
10. Knowledgeable about the Ecommerce, Retail, and Brand sectors.
11. Experienced in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
12. Confident and creative in outbound sales, using proven techniques to engage and convert prospects.
13. Energetic, growth-oriented, and motivated by success.
