* Relevant experience in individualised ways of working, through a rights-based lens
* Ability to discover the individual's abilities and interests in order to support him to develop and sustain positive social valued roles within his community.
* Ability to offer supports in a creative, innovative, flexible and person-centred way.
* A willingness to be flexible with working hours, based on support requirements.
* full clean dirvers licence desirable
This engaging position involves one-on-one collaboration for approximately 20 hours per week, offering some degree of flexibility.
