Project Manager (Limerick) - Pharmaceutical Hanley Calibration are an award winning service provider to the Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharmaceutical industry and have been operating for over 30 years with over 250 engineers across Ireland and Europe.
We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large scale CQV project in Limerick.
This is a full time on site role.

As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include: Plan, organize, and direct activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee and assist with the Generation and review of protocols / reports.
Co-ordinate and schedule temperature mapping and validation of equipment such as fridges, Freezers, Incubators, autoclaves and SIP systems.
Ensure entire work scope is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the clients validation policies, guidelines, validation plans and GMP Schedule and assisting with the Generation of reports / analysis of data against pre-determined criteria to GMP standards.
Write up, reviewing and approving method statements / permits to work Carry out Acceptance walk downs as part of area and system handover Provide Change control, deviation investigations, and any other activities deemed necessary within the validation Team.
Develop and main detailed project plans, timelines, ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual requirements.
Regularly evaluate programs, providing progress updates and managing client and design team expectations effectively.
Manage resources including workforce and equipment.
Lead and coordinate site activities to ensure compliance with client requirements Uphold compliance with company quality management systems ensuring that all work adheres to established procedures and requirements Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or disruptions in project delivery.
Achieve objectives in timely delivery, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction by driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Ensure the highest standards of Health Safety and Quality at all times setting an example for best practices on site.
Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with client and internal office teams to foster a positive and productive working environment.
Facilitate and lead regular site meetings, ensuring effective communication and resolution of project issues among stakeholders.
Key Requirements 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role Proven track record in delivering complex projects Degree or Equivalent in an Validation or Engineering Role Discipline or Time served in an Electrical and Instrumentation (E I) role with experience in Validation and/or pharmaceutical industry Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead teams, manage risk, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
