We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team in one of our Longford store locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their department, delivering exceptional customer care and operational standards to maximise sales and profitability while maintaining costs.
In this role, you will inspire performance through coaching to deliver outstanding results and customer service. You will ensure the delivery of agreed business strategies, maintain relevant trading safely and legal policies, and analyse sales data to drive sales growth.
You will also lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and ensuring that all processes and business changes are implemented as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A degree in Business or a related field

* Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
