We are looking for a
hands-on Social Media & Content Manager
to join our in-house team and take ownership of our social media and digital content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content on the ground, working closely with a retail team, spotting trends early, and using performance insights to improve results
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Shoot and edit short-form video content (mobile-first)
* Create, monitor, and optimise organic and paid social ads
* Support monthly content shoots with additional self-shot content
* Track performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations
* Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms
What We're Looking For
* 2-4 years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
* Strong short-form video creation and editing skills
* Experience managing social media accounts end-to-end
* Comfortable analysing insights and adjusting content or ads accordingly
* Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
