Role Overview:
The Early Years Service Manager plays a pivotal role in leading our new service in Dublin, Ireland.
This position requires an individual with exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring high-quality early years education and care programmes are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Strategically manage registrations and admissions to ensure financial viability while maintaining compliance with regulations and guidelines.
* Responsibility for developing, delivering and managing the daily operations of the Service in order to provide a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for children, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
* Curriculum and Practice: Implement and develop a child-centric curriculum in line with Aistear and Síolta principles while fostering equality and diversity.
* Act as the Designated Child Protection Liaison Person, ensuring staff understand their roles in child protection.
* Maintain effective communication with parents, organise meetings and events, and promote the services through viewings and inquiries.
* Oversee overall staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance, while maintaining a Best Practice culture. Address staffing issues and identify training needs.
* Implement company policies, procedures, health and safety/risk assessments, and maintain accurate records of meetings and progress reports.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with regulations and prepare for inspections.
