Human Resource Business Partner Job Overview

The Human Resource Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting the success of our organization by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with business leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Source and recruit top talent for specialized positions within various functional areas
* Drive the recruitment process from opening to close, participating in interviews and offering insights and recommendations for candidate selection
* Act as a primary point of contact for employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues
* Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary
* Promote a positive work environment and culture, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
* Guide and support people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
* Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent
* Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally within the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* High level of integrity and confidentiality
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
