Job Title: Change & Transformation Lead
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Our client is a technology organisation with ambitious growth underway. They are reshaping how their client services function operates, ensuring the right structures, delivery models, and capabilities are in place to scale effectively. They are now seeking a senior change leader to drive critical transformation initiatives across the business.

Who should apply?
We are seeking a transformation-focused professional with a strong consulting or client-facing delivery background. You will have:
* 7+ years in consulting / change / programme delivery
* Experience leading transformation initiatives in fast-moving, technology-led or financial services organisations
* Ability to influence and present confidently to senior stakeholders, including C-suite
* A proven record of driving tangible outcomes and building credibility quickly
* Experience working with international teams and adapting to complex, evolving environments
* Knowledge of agile or iterative delivery methods and experience establishing cross-functional ways of working
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for:
* Transformation Delivery - Lead high-priority change initiatives across the client services function
* Stakeholder Engagement - Influence senior leaders, build trust, and ensure alignment on outcomes
* Operating Model Design - Implement new delivery models and structures that support growth
* Governance & Assurance - Create the right forums, frameworks, and cadence to manage risk and decisions
* Execution & Delivery - Develop clear plans and playbooks, securing resources to achieve quick wins
* Collaboration - Work across functions including technology, product, and design to ensure aligned execution
* Capability Development - Support the uplift of teams and embed practices for long-term scalability
