Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Systems Manager to lead our team in implementing and operating the Regeneron Manufacturing Execution System. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of data within the system and those provided by associated data exchanges.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems, excellent project management skills, and experience leading teams. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Sciences, along with 7+ years of related experience, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and operate the Regeneron Manufacturing Execution System
* Maintain the integrity of data within the system and those provided by associated data exchanges
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
* Provide training and support to team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Sciences
* 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems
