1. Lead and motivate a team of 510 account managers to deliver exceptional results.
2. Develop and execute strategies to convert sales leads, expand business within existing accounts, and reduce customer attrition.
3. Collaborate with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution and profitability.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of proven sales experience.
* 3+ years of people management experience.
* Commercial acumen and proficiency in CRM systems.
