We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Client Oversight to oversee and manage end-to-end operational readiness implementation planning and delivery across various lines of business.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Client Service Delivery teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategic initiatives.

Schedule:
Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational readiness initiatives.
* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with AI, client service delivery, and other relevant teams to align project goals and activities.
* Ensure client needs and expectations are met through the delivery of high-quality solutions.
* Establish metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and operational readiness.
* Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
