Workforce Transformation Professional
We are seeking a skilled HR expert with expertise in talent management, workforce transformation and consulting to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and address complex challenges by combining experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology.
* Drive business growth aligned to overall organisational and service line targets by identifying opportunities, leveraging stakeholder relationships, and building the sales pipeline.
* Lead projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables, delivering value to clients and managing project and service line commercial aspects.
* Engage in end-to-end workforce transformation/talent activities across various program contexts through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop team members by identifying their strengths, coaching, and proposing changes to working methods as appropriate.
About You:
* Relevant experience in Consulting or dynamic HR teams.
* Demonstrated capability to achieve revenue targets and build business pipeline.
* Experience in HR/workforce transformation projects including workforce strategy, design, strategic planning, job architecture, leadership, learning, talent strategies, career architecture, skills frameworks, and competency models.
* Leadership experience on strategic projects ideally in consulting organisations, or as an internal Consultant or HR professional in large organisations.
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced project environments.
