Your Role
* Provide person-centred support in daily living, community inclusion, and independent living skills.
* Promote dignity, choice, and active participation in line with New Directions.
* Support service users with personal care, communication, and emotional wellbeing.
* Participate as a Key Worker and contribute to individual personal plans.
* Build positive relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Maintain accurate records in line with HIQA standards and TerraGlen policies.
* Support safeguarding practices, risk reporting, and quality improvements.
* Work collaboratively as part of a warm, respectful team environment.
What You'll Need
* Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORU-approved discipline.
* CORU Registration (or proof of CORU application) - mandatory from 30 November as per the Social Care Workers Registration Board.
* Recognised qualification route or
* Recognition of Prior Learning / Assessment of Professional Competence route.
* Full, clean Driving Licence with minimum two years' experience.
* A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities.
