This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of IT operations, lead digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to the long-term success of the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a skilled IT team, including team leads, to deliver excellent service.Oversee the smooth integration and operation of key systems, including our Website and ERPCollaborate with stakeholders to assess IT needs and implement effective solutions.Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with the company's mission and objectives.Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards.Oversee IT security, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.Drive process improvement initiatives and leverage technology to enhance efficiency.Stay updated on emerging technologies and their potential benefits to the organisation.Your Experience & Skills15+ years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.Proven ability to lead and manage IT teams of 10+ staff, fostering development and collaboration.Experience in small - medium sized businesses Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly advantageous.Strong expertise in ERP systems, reporting tools, and decision-support technologies.Demonstrated success in project management and digital transformation initiatives.Solid understanding of INFOSEC Excellent vendor management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Awareness of data protection legislation and its impact on IT systems.From here on out an exciting opportunity awaits with an employer of choice and a business with a great culture.
