Overview ERP Director – Strategic Leadership Role (Dynamics Focus) Overview We are seeking an experienced ERP Director to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and delivery, with a strong initial focus on Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and related platforms).
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation, establishing governance, and overseeing large-scale ERP and CRM initiatives across multiple regions.
The role will play a key part in stabilising, optimising, and scaling Dynamics as a core enterprise platform, while maintaining responsibility for the broader ERP landscape.
Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute ERP and Dynamics strategy aligned with long-term businessobjectives.
Provide strategic ownership of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including roadmap definition, adoption, andoptimisation.
Evaluate and recommend ERP and CRM solutions, enhancements, integrations, and future platform evolution.
Champion ERP- and CRM-enabled digital transformation, driving operational efficiency, data visibility, and improved customer and commercial outcomes.
Governance MBA or equivalent preferred.
Relevant ERP / CRM certifications (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle Cloud desirable).
Experience with cloud-based ERP/CRM platforms and enterprise digital transformation.
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and the US.
