We're hiring an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of building operations at a large industrial site. This is not a tools-based role it's about leadership, communication, and ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently.
What you'll do:
• Oversee all building services & utilities (electrical, mechanical, grounds, transformers)
• Manage contractor performance & review technical reports
• Be the main point of contact for the client
• Lead a small on-site facilities team
• Focus on operational delivery, planning & compliance
What you'll need:
• Strong electrical or mechanical background
• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager
• Confident communicator, proactive, and highly organised
• Comfortable leading people and managing contractors—not doing the hands-on work
