Offer description

· Apply consultative selling skills to identify and develop attractive value propositions relative to Interiors solutions we offer.· Focus on new business development to attract new clients· Generate leads through various platforms and capture new business to develop long term relationships· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, managing accounts with a strong focus on proactivity· Work with various teams within Bizquip to cross sell different solutions to our existing and prospective client base.· Engage with Bizquip's existing supplier base to ensure continuous updates on new product developments, new trends and market knowledge is shared and understood· Compilation of sales presentations and negotiation of sales deals· Effective use of CRM to monitor and track opportunities and prospects· Continuous communication with wider Interiors team including but not limited to Logistics Manager and team of Fitters in relation to Interiors installations and acting as the client point of contact at all timesExperience:· Minimum +2 years sales experience· Effective presentation and negotiation skills· Excellent communication and organisational skills· Good commercial awareness· Self-motivated with an appetite for meeting and exceeding targets· Understanding of customer's decision-making process, goals, objectives and strategies· A motivated self-starter who is able to demonstrate experience of generating new business opportunities, have the ability to seize and close opportunities with ease.· Excellent business development skills, professional and comfortable discussing business issues and proposing technology solutions to these issues.· Driven, ambitious with a willingness to put in the hours and work to achieve results.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €40,000.00-€60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingWork from homeAbility to commute/relocate:Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, CO.
