**Job Title:** Building Maintenance Technician
As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of properties to ensure they are safe, secure and in good condition. This includes performing a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair buildings and their associated systems to ensure they are in good working order.
* Carry out routine inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action where necessary.
* Work with the facilities management team to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
* Undertake general facilities support tasks, including furniture removals and site clearance.
Requirements:
* Degree or other relevant qualification in maintenance and/or construction.
* Full clean driving license and access to a car.
* Extensive knowledge of building systems, including plumbing and electrical systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
