Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled technical leader to oversee all maintenance activities in support of production. This role is responsible for directing and coordinating technical and maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly processes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical team with timely completion of tasks; Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment and maintenance performance; Responsible for all maintenance information including specifications, drawings, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); Plan, organize, direct and control maintenance project activities; Ensure effective spare parts inventory management and purchase order placement for equipment and spares.
Requirements: Minimum 8+ years' experience in an engineering or maintenance leadership role; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Experience or qualification in reliability engineering an advantage; Trades qualified an advantage; High level of energy, positivity, and enthusiasm, and ability to motivate others; Demonstrated high performance history, proven ability to execute and achieve results; Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
