About this Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Clerk of Works to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of residential developments.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are completed in line with project plans and that health and safety policies are adhered to by all staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report to the Project Manager and Site Manager
* Liaise with and manage various subcontractors
* Attend progress meetings
* Inspect building materials and samples
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
* Check completed works
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 10 years of experience in construction management
* A recognized qualification in construction or a related field
* Experience working on residential developments is essential
* A strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail
