Purpose
To assist in the development, testing, and launch of new food products, working closely with NPD, Technical, and Production teams to support trials.
Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the development kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
* Prepare and cook products for sampling.
* Ensure sufficient supplies are available for visits, presentations, and trials.
* Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 1+ years' experience in food manufacturing.
* Passion for food and ability to perform basic cooking tasks.
* Good understanding of product quality and presentation.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Basic computer skills (data logging, email communication).
* Access to own transport.
