Job Description:
Day-to-day responsibility for the effective allocation of resources to the contractual workload, ensuring full compliance with individual client requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle helpdesk calls and assign work to relevant personnel, manage emails for facility requests.
* Generate weekly helpdesk reports on call volume and callouts from the command centre.
* Verify accuracy of job reports and timesheets through checks and comparisons.
* Procure materials necessary for timely job completion.
* Raise and send purchase orders (POs).
* Manage all maintenance administration to ensure high-quality daily operations within the maintenance department.
* Process paperwork accurately and ensure timely data entry and backups in the IT system.
* Develop organized work practices to facilitate professional business operations.
* Act as a reliable backup to the maintenance manager and helpdesk, keeping them informed of issues and complaints.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a fast-paced office environment; helpdesk experience is desirable.
* Flexible and socially skilled individual.
* Excellent interaction, organization, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
* Ability to multi-task and use initiative.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Good telephone manners and communication skills, as client liaison is critical.
