Knowledge Lawyer – Banking
We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to support its market-leading Banking & Finance department.
This is a key strategic role in the firm's knowledge function and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to legal content, client engagement, and the overall development of practice-wide know-how.

The Role
As a Knowledge Lawyer – Banking, you will:
• Monitor and analyse new Irish and EU legal developments, regulations, and case law
• Prepare detailed briefings, bulletins and internal current awareness updates
• Develop and manage know-how collections, precedents and templates
• Support internal teams on technical legal queries and research requests
• Deliver legal training and design educational materials for colleagues and clients
• Contribute to developing internal positions on key legal issues
• Support legal tech initiatives and knowledge-sharing tools
• Prepare client briefings, training materials and legal updates tailored to key sectors
The Person
• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE (ideally in banking and finance)
• Previous experience in a large commercial law firm or a knowledge/legal research role
• Strong legal research and drafting skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative and commercially minded
• Confident presenting, training and working with senior stakeholders
• Curious, tech-savvy and enthusiastic about legal innovation
• A clear communicator with excellent organisation and project management skills
