We are looking for a backfill for a top performer, meaning we need someone with the "Sales DNA" to treat their territory like a franchise.You will partner with Account Executives to close high-velocity transactional deals while architecting scalable solutions on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will be the bridge between business problems and technical solutions, leveraging the full power of CRM, Automation, and Data to drive growth for Nordic businesses.Your Competencies (How You Win)Achieve Results: You don't wait for instructions. While Salesforce knowledge is ideal, we welcome experts in Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Oracle, or SAP who are ready to cross-train.Technical Acumen (Customer 360 & Automation): You have a solid grasp of data modelling and business process automation. You understand how to map a manual workflow into a digital logic flow.Language Skills:* English: Professional Fluency is mandatory.* Swedish: Native/Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred. However, we prioritise exceptional Talent over language. If you are a world-class Solution Engineer with deep technical chops and outstanding Sales DNA, fluent English is sufficient.Hub Resilience: Experience working in a high-volume, inside-sales environment. You can switch contexts rapidly between Discovery, Demo, and architectural whiteboard sessions.Preferred Qualifications (The "Future-Ready" Factors)The AI Power User: You know how to craft a good prompt.
