About the Role
This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding experience working with children and families. You will be responsible for ensuring the holistic wellbeing of children and have excellent communication skills linking with families and members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
The role requires flexibility in working hours to provide quality service delivery for each individual. A full clean driving licence is an essential requirement, and assistance may be provided towards obtaining a Class D1 Driving Licence if necessary.

Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team in delivering high-quality services
* Develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of children with intellectual disabilities
* Ensure compliance with Tusla regulations and standards
* Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Contribute to person-centred planning, individual reviews, and team meetings

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Live Register Certificate from the NMBI (An Bord Altranais)
* RNID/RMHN qualification or equivalent
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in services for people with intellectual disabilities
* Experience working with children with autism, complex medical needs/sensory needs, and supporting positive behaviour
* Good judgement, discretion, and confidentiality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
