Job Title: Chief Engineering Coordinator
Project Overview
This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-value engineering projects. Working closely with a multi-functional team is essential to meet project objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to guarantee successful project outcomes.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior planners as needed.
* Analyze contract documentation to highlight key schedule and tracking requirements.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management, or equivalent technical experience.
* At least 5 years' experience in developing and implementing plans, monitoring work progress, and controlling resources.
* Ability to create project plans from design and commercial information.
* Skill in coordinating the development of multiple project plans simultaneously.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
