About the Role
This role presents an excellent opportunity to take on a dynamic Reception and Sales Administration position within our organization. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests professionally and directing them accordingly.
You will manage all incoming and outgoing communication, ensuring messages are routed efficiently and accurately. Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area is crucial to your daily routine, as well as coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are properly set up.
Key responsibilities include handling mail and deliveries, managing office supplies, placing orders when necessary, and providing basic administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. You will also assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations to support the sales team's objectives.
In this role, you will process sales orders with precision and speed, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and maintained. You will keep customer databases and sales records up to date, prepare sales reports and performance analysis, and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Your key responsibilities will also include following up with customers on inquiries and providing top-notch service, managing and organizing sales-related documentation, and performing other administrative tasks to support the sales team's goals.
