Territory: Regular travel across Mayo, Roscommon, Clare, Sligo & Donegal occasional overnights required. What You will Do Own a high-impact daily call file. Win new listings, secure menu placements, and boost back-bar visibility. Bring promotional plans to life and ensure flawless execution. Drive volume through local wholesale partners own the pricing, orders, and incentives. Report insights, wins, and visuals weekly via Caterlyst. Identify hot new venues and local happenings feed the commercial engine. Be the go-to regional brand champion: host trainings, tastings, and brand moments. What You Bring 35 years experience in on-trade field sales or brand ambassadorship. Confident presenter and enthusiastic trainer. Commercially sharp you understand what moves the dial. WSET Level 2 or equivalent? Even better. Thrives working independently but knows how to sync with the national team. Full Irish driving licence essential.
