Financial Accountant
We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team in Shannon, County Clare.
About the Role:
In this full-time position, you will assist in the timely completion of accurate management and accounting information for both local and parent company requirements. You will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure seamless communication.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist with month-end close process including posting month-end journals, accruals & prepayments.
2. Complete monthly P&L review and balance sheet reconciliations.
3. Fundamental role is to manage fixed asset register accurately maintaining data integrity.
4. To support creation of monthly reporting packs and cashflow forecasting as part of ongoing financial monitoring
i li>Possessing strong organizational skills an ideal candidate would efficiently complete yearly budgets other ad-hoc tasks within set deadlines
Qualifications & Experience:
yare Seeking Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) possessing at least 1-2 years post qualified experience.
Proficiency Sage 50 or equivalent system usage considered advantageous.
