Job Summary:
As an outpatient physical therapist, you will provide rehabilitation services to clients in their homes. You will perform diagnostic tests and measurements, develop personalized care plans, and educate clients on self-care techniques.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound judgments. You must have a current license to practice as a physical therapist, recent experience working with elderly patients, and completion of a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
