INFORM3 RECRUITMENT – Civil Supervisors (Job Location: Cork)
INFORM3 are currently recruiting Civil Supervisors for a well-established civil engineering contractor to oversee works on a major urban transport infrastructure scheme across Cork City.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, and supporting the timely delivery of works within a live city environment.
Civil Supervisors Responsibilities
Supervise day‑to‑day site operations, workforce and subcontractors.
Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior management.
Enforce health & safety procedures and lead regular site briefings and toolbox talks.
Coordinate plant, materials and labour to maintain productivity.
Liaise with engineers, surveyors and stakeholders to resolve on‑site issues.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and safety records.
Assist with quality control inspections and project handover processes.
Civil Supervisors Specification
Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance.
Experience working in busy urban or live traffic environments is advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.Relevant tickets/certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, CSR/CSCS or equivalent).
Full Driving Licence.
