Head of Engineering Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering to lead our site engineering and technical services strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the site's engineering and technical services plan
* Manage cross-functional teams across maintenance, utilities, calibration, projects, facilities, and automation
* Promote a safety-first culture with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering, at least 10 years of leadership experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing, and strong knowledge of EU GMP and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering
* At least 10 years of leadership experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing
