The BIM Manager / BIM Lead will join the team and assist in leading the studios digital transformation including the integration of AI-driven design, compliance with ISO 19650, and future-focused BIM strategies.
This is a senior-level opportunity for a BIM professional with an architectural background to take ownership of BIM strategy, digital workflows, and staff training across all projects in the design-led studio.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead BIM implementation and digital delivery across all projects Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in line with ISO 19650 Create and implement digital policies and documentation Champion AI integration into design and BIM processes Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms Mentor and manage BIM staff; set team goals and track performance Assess digital competencies across teams; deliver tailored training Provide technical support on Revit, Navisworks, and associated tools Report to senior management and present strategies to clients Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and BIM standards Desired skills & experience: 5+ years experience in a BIM Manager / Lead role (architecture sector preferred) Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, CDEs, and digital workflows Proven experience working with ISO 19650 standards Background in AI implementation within design or BIM workflows Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills Strong policy writing and strategic planning experience Strong understanding of Irish building codes and industry standards Must hold full legal right to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits Salary: €75k+ (doe) Pension Hybrid working Ongoing CPD and career development support If you are an experienced BIM Manager holding full permission to work in Ireland interested in this opportunity, please email your CV to Deborah Byrne for further details.
