Job Overview
The Technical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency by supporting the Team Leader. This position involves working closely with a dedicated Reconciliations Team, responsible for executing and overseeing daily reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Transfer Agency contacts to resolve queries at risk of missing agreed timelines
* Proactively keep stakeholders informed on escalated queries requiring additional time to resolve
* Foster strong relationships with investors, clients, and internal partners
* Analyse data from internal systems to identify opportunities for coaching, training, and service enhancements
Maintain a thorough knowledge of operational procedures and processes via regular meetings and procedure reviews. Provide assistance and coaching to new team members. Process and quality check a wide range of reconciliations transactions through internal systems to regulatory and client standards.
