As the firm continues to expand, they are seeking an ambitiousTax Partnerto join their leadership team, with a focus onPrivate Client Advisory.The OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity for either:An experienced Director ready to step up into a Partner role, orAn existing Partner seeking a new challenge .The position will be almost exclusivelyadvisory-focusedwith minimal compliance work, supporting high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs on complex tax matters. While experience in private client advisory is ideal, candidates withbroad tax advisory backgroundswho are open to specialising in this space are strongly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver complex advisory projects across private client tax.Provide high-quality, strategic tax planning and structuring solutions.Grow and maintain long-term client relationships across Ireland.Play a central role in business development and the expansion of the tax practice.Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to the growth of the wider team.Candidate ProfileCTA qualified (dual qualification such as ACA/ACCA/solicitor is advantageous).Significant experience in tax advisory, with private client or general advisory exposure.Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.Commercially astute with leadership capabilities.Ambitious and motivated to progress in a Partner-level role.PackageSalary: €140,000 – €160,000 DOEAttractive bonus and benefits packagePartnership progression and long-term career growth for Director level candidatesFlexible working – role can be based across Ireland with hybrid optionsHow to ApplyThis is a unique opportunity to join a progressive and growing firm at leadership level.
