About the Role
Due to an increasing workload, Studio 3 Kerry is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic
Psychology Project Worker to join our team.
The successful candidate will work with adults with a diagnosis of Autism and co-occurring
conditions, providing high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, skill
development, and wellbeing.
While the role is largely hands-on, working directly with service users, it also includes desk-
based duties as described in the responsibilities below, along with regular supervision and
professional guidance from the Lead Psychologist.
The role requires a compassionate, practical, and flexible approach, with a commitment to
empowering service users to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
Under supervision and working both independently and as part of a team, the Psychology
Project Worker will:
● Provide psychological and therapeutic support to adults using Studio 3 services.
● Offer individual therapeutic input to service users in line with their needs and care
plans.
● Conduct psychological, systemic, and psychometric assessments as directed.
● Participate in service evaluations under supervision.
● Assist in preparing reports, guidelines, safety plans, and risk assessments for Studio
3 Clinical Services.
● Collect, monitor, and analyse service user data as appropriate.
● Act as a liaison between Studio 3 and other services where appropriate.
● Attend supervision sessions, joint supervision, and CPD (Continuing Professional
Development) days as arranged.
● Contribute to research activities and assist in the supervision of assigned research
projects.
● Manage personal work diary and monthly reporting in collaboration with the Clinical
Coordinator and Project Coordinator

Requirements
● Education: Minimum of a degree in Psychology (essential).
● Experience: At least two years of paid or voluntary experience working with children
and/or adults with complex and challenging lives.
● Driving: Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
● Flexibility:
● Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
● Commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practice.
