**Job Title:** Construction Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the coordination and supervision of new build residential developments. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with a main contractor, specifically in timber frame housing.
The Role
* Coordinate and supervise the construction process to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
* Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients, and design teams.
* Report into and support senior management.
* Oversee projects and manage manpower on site, including direct staff and subcontractors.
* Consult with local authorities and clients as required.
Requirements:
* A Degree in Construction Management or relevant Trade Qualification.
* A minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Main Contractor on new build residential developments from beginning to handover.
* Experience working on timber frame housing is essential.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Clean drivers license.
