We are seeking a
reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk
to support daily data entry and record management tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
* Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
* Identify and correct basic data errors or discrepancies
* Organize and maintain spreadsheets, records, and documentation
* Follow established data entry procedures and workflows
* Maintain data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards
* Track assigned tasks and meet deadlines
* Support administrative and data-related tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
* Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
* Ability to follow instructions and structured processes
* Good organizational and time-management skills
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Reliable internet connection
* Prior data entry or clerical experience is a plus, but not required
