We are seeking a Senior Brand Strategist to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
About the Role
* Develop, evaluate, and monitor marketing plans, including advertising, sponsorship, experiences, innovation, and in-trade activation.
* Craft brand strategies that ignite deep and differentiated insight with strong external curiosity and marketing effectiveness (M&E) to fuel brand growth.
* Work with brand and cross-functional teams to enable the creation and execution of outstanding brand business plans, growth drivers, and creative briefs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge or experience of the alcohol/FMCG world is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Previous experience in agency or in-house FMCG research/planning/marketing roles with a significant focus on strategic thinking and brand, consumer, and shopper planning.
* Unbridled curiosity for understanding consumers, shoppers, and culture, and ability to craft powerful and actionable insights.
* Persuasive communicator and skilled storyteller with the ability to influence across senior levels.
