Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Sales Support / Operations team
* Oversee daily operations and workflows
* Support advisers with cases and client queries
* Act as an escalation point for complex issues
* Improve processes and service standards
* Ensure work is accurate, compliant, and on time
* Work closely with senior management and internal teams
Requirements
* Experience in financial services or a regulated environment. Pensions, Life, or Investments are a benefit
* Proven people management or team leadership experience
* Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
* Good understanding of customer service operations
* Comfortable working with systems, processes, and deadlines
