This role combines technical acumen, customer service, and business analysis in a way that directly influences customer satisfaction and product development.THIS IS A BRAND NEW PERMANENT ROLETHIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTETHIS IS A €40,000 - €45,000 BASE SALARY ROLE WITH A PACKAGETHIS IS A MIX OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT, OPERATIONS, ALL DONE IN A CLIENT FACING MANNERTHIS IS A 1ST LINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TYPE OF ROLE WITH A CLEAR CAREER PATH LINED OUTKey Responsibilities:Answering emails from brokers and assisting colleagues with queries in relation to commission and brokers access to their insurance portal.2+ years of customer-facing experience within the insurance domainAny exp within in the life / pensions / broker industry would be a big plusSelf starter with good analytical problem-solving skills who loves to seek out problems and solve themSetting brokers up with web access and provided access to commission codes.Co-ordination of agency team email inbox ensuring all emails are answered in a timely manner, queries may relate to broker centre access to view commission, more detailed breakdown of commission payments and amendment of broker details on file.Setting up sub agent codes for policies to be allocated under to be viewed on the platform.Transferring policies to other agencies for commission payments.Generating manual payments of commission, clawback & bonus payments to brokers using excel.Issuing commission statements to all brokerages.Processing brokerages requests for indemnity and setting up indemnity meetings with management to assess the indemnity applications.
