Operations Coordinator A reputable civil engineering contractor based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary is currently looking to hire a Compliance & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of compliance and safety processes across the business. This is a fully office-based position suited to someone with strong administrative experience within construction, engineering, or a related sector. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate certification, servicing, and maintenance schedules for company vehicles, plant, and equipment Maintain accurate records and monitor all certification and inspection deadlines Organise repairs, servicing, and statutory inspections Support the administration of health & safety procedures across multiple sites Manage documentation including audits, PPE tracking, and safety files Work closely with site teams and H&S personnel to ensure compliance standards are met Maintain structured and up-to-date compliance systems Provide general administrative support to the wider office team Candidate Profile: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within construction or engineering Familiarity with compliance or health & safety processes is an advantage Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks and work on own initiative Strong interpersonal and communication skills Whats on Offer: Salary in the region of €40,000 €45,000 (depending on experience) Full-time, office-based role in Clonmel Standard working hours (9:00am 5:00pm) Opportunity to play a key role in a growing and well-established company If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion or send your CV.
