We are seeking an exceptional Production and Operations Director to join our team. This is a highly challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all production activities, including CNC machining, process engineering, and HR management. They will lead and optimize production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing production schedules to meet delivery targets
* Monitoring performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in production/operations management. They should have hands-on experience with CNC machining and programming (SolidWorks or similar) as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
