Executive Chef - High Volume Brunch Venue
**Overview**
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and creative Chef with experience in modern, casual dining or high-end café environments. As the Head of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Develop seasonal menus that showcase fresh, wholesome ingredients
- Lead a small but dedicated team to deliver exceptional results
- Manage kitchen costs and ordering within set parameters
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adherence to HACCP regulations
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led concept
- Passion for food trends, particularly in the coffee/brunch space
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage kitchen performance metrics and control costs
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
