Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage teams in residential childcare settings
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet regulatory standards

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Social Care or a related discipline
* At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential childcare
