Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on hitting financial goals.
Confident in analysing performance, spotting trends, and improving sales processes.
Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
Able to manage staffing, support recruitment, and handle HR matters.
Works closely with marketing and other departments to align strategies.
Fluent in spoken and written English, with full permission to work in Ireland.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
What youll do: Support the sales team with lead follow-ups and deal closings.
Plan and deliver marketing activities.
Monitor team performance and ensure goals are met.
Ensure high showroom standards and top-level customer handovers.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Maintain compliance and uphold brand standards.
